ONLINE REGISTRATION IS BEING USED IN THE 2012 SEASON FOR THE FIRST TIME BY SEACLIFF
This page is intended to assist with on line registration.
We hope that this Registration Facility can improve our membership database and reduce the administrative time required by our volunteers.
Please note that unless already registered, the use of this system is compulsory. The Club will not be using paper form at all this year.
By clicking on the link below you will be taken to the SportingPulse site where you can update your membership details and register as a member.
To work through the registration process:
- Select either 1 Adult or 1 Child

[1 Choose a Type]
You will be given 3 options:
- I have played in this club before and have my username and password
- Enter your Username and Password into the relevant fields.
- [Continue]
- If you get the message “Please check your supplied username and password and try again”, go to step 2 to request the details.
- I’d like to request my username and password
- Enter your email address.
- Your Username and Password will be emailed to you. This will only take a minute or two.
- If you receive the message “No matches found for this email address” then you will need to have the database updated so that a user name and password can be issued. Email your details and request to members@shc.org.au . Once your current email address has been added to the membership database you will be notified and you may repeat the above process.
- Once you have your Username and Password, return to the registration process, select Option 1, copy the Username and Password into the relevant fields.

- I am registering for this club for the first time
- Select [Seacliff Hockey Club] from the drop down list.

- This will take you to [2 Initial Information]. Refer to 3 below.

Ensure the pre-filled details are correct, if not, update, or enter the details if this is the first time you have registered.
Check the relevant check box for the roles. You can have more than 1 role

- Work through the registration form, completing all details.
Comments on some fields:
- Occupation: Select more closely matching description.
- Occupation, employer, skills: Enter the specific details for occupation and name of employer.
- Current education institution: Select most appropriate description. If not studying, leave blank.
- Course/School level: If studying at Uni/TAFE, enter the course; if at primary or secondary school, enter the year level and the school.
At the bottom, check the box “have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”.
