Pre-season Training for PLM and PLW Squads
Pre-season training for both the Men’s and Women’s Premier League squads starts next Tuesday, 21st January. The men and women will train together for the first three weeks and alternate between West Beach on Tuesday’s and Seacliff Beach on Thursday’s. The timetable for the first 3 week’s is:
